History

Creative Director of Cyrius Media Group Pty Ltd, Stefan Sojka, has been a musician and composer his entire life. He comes from a family of composers, with his grandfather, Jack Beaver, having been one of England's leading film composers of the mid 1900s Stefan's uncles too had long careers in music, and Stefan is no exception to the family rule, having performed in numerous bands and as a solo entertainer since the late 1970s. Stefan wrote and performed original music in his bands, has written music for film and video, commercials and documentaries.

It has always been Stefan's desire to have a special place where his audio dreams could come true. For many years this was out of his grasp, as he concentrated on live performance and other aspects of his career. Over the last 10 years, since branching out into Internet and multi-media, Stefan began working on building his dream studio, using the best classic synthesizers and the latest computer technology. In 2008 it all came to fruition with the switch from PC to Mac and the addition of a brand new MOTU 828MkIII Firewire soundcard. Now the vision is complete: a recording studio of superb quality with the flexibility to create all kinds of audio projects - perfect for Stefan's diverse talents, and even better for those clients who come to share the experience of using this set-up. It is now just the beginning, and we will watch as the sounds pump out from the speakers and across the Internet - of Subatomic Studio.

The concept of Podcasting is that anyone can produce their own radio shows from home. The reality, however, is that many successful podcasts succeed because their quality far exceeds what can be achieved with a PC microphone in a bedroom. Podcasts are produced, with introductions, segments and set pieces, with high production values.
